Farmhouse ales. Wild beers. Sour beers. Many of the most unique and high-end beers we enjoy today all had their roots in a bright moment saisons, or Belgian farmhouse ales, had back in the 20-teens. But all those beers come back to one gateway influence: Belgium’s Saison Dupont.
Saison Dupont is one of my favorite beers. It’s renown for being able to pair with virtually any food. The light-green, wine-style cork-and-caged bottle is classy and fun. And the beer is crisp, effervescent, and so beautifully, tartly flavorful.
Let’s explore this amazing beer.
